What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maximo CMMS Administrator position at Blue Origin Florida, LLC?

As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, technicians, engineers, you will provide Maximo support to the Tooling Engineering Technical Support group. The CMMS Administrator will be responsible for maintaining asset data, work order data management, and inventory processes in the CMMS, ensuring data quality, solving discrepancies, and recommending enhancements. Passion for our mission and vision is required! Qualifications: Experience working within an aerospace, industrial, or manufacturing environment. Understanding of maintenance processes. Perform regular CMMS data analysis and recommend CMMS enhancements. Participate in testing and validation of enhancements. Develop and maintain accuracy of preventative maintenance data, including job instructions, frequencies, and forecasting. Develop and maintain asset database by regularly collecting and inputting information, such as: manufacturer, model, and serial number. Responsible for managing changes to asset hierarchy, adding locations and assets as directed. Maintain CMMS data integrity, including data related to WO, PM plans, assets, schedules, and routes. Identify and resolve any discrepancies in records. Work with OEMs and maintenance team to develop and maintain bill of materials and critical spare parts lists. Develop and manage reports; run queries, create ad hoc reports, publish KPIs. Assist Reliability Engineers with using CMMS data, reports, and graphics to pinpoint potential problem areas and enhance productivity. Coach and educate users on the Maximo functions and best practices; serve as liaison for problem solving and escalation. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Desired: IBM Certification in Maximo preferred Minimum 2 years Maximo experience Experience with IBM Maximo CMMS; knowledge in Maximo applications, including Assets, Locations, Work Order Tracking, PMs, Job Plans, Routes, Inventory, and Item Master. Basic understanding of Maximo reporting and SQL.
