Job Scope
Perform duties to ensure guests have a great experience consistent with our brand by handling all guest interactions from initial greeting to payment processing, working within the limits of standard or accepted practice. You are expected to be attentive, warm, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient.

- Conform to our appearance and grooming standards
- Be informed of menu options: (1) Know menu choices, options, and ingredients. (2) Help guests make choices. (3) Promote daily specials, appetizers, desserts, and premium beverages. (4) Maintain an awareness of potential ingredient shortages in the kitchen.
- Set tables consistent with established facility standards
- Greet and interact with guests, consistent with service standards
- Seat guests, present menus, recommend beverages and food options, answer guest questions, take orders, deliver food and drink, remove courses, and collect payment
- Prepare beverages, including opening and pouring wine table-side
- Execute all side-job duties as assigned by management
- Encourage guests to participate in guest surveys
- Demonstrate teamwork by supporting coworkers without regard to job titles or rank
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience and Skills
- Previous serving experience required
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Positive interpersonal skills required
- Must speak and read English fluently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
License/Certifications
- Food Safety Manager Certification is a bonus
