What are the responsibilities and job description for the Computer Warranty Specialist (Bilingual, Customer Service) position at Blue Ocean Inc?
1. Manage clients' incoming emails, messages, and customer service tickets.
2. Assist clients with shipment tracking, order status updates, and other order-related inquiries.
3. Identify and assess the client's needs to ensure satisfaction.
4. Contact electronic products manufacturers for warranty service, open cases, and follow up on cases with email, online chat, and calls.
5. Coordinate with the internal repair team and testing team ensuring warranty case submitted and concluded successfully, according to manufactures warranty service requests.
6. Learn to apply professional knowledge of electronic products and also strong communication skills to solve problems independently.
7. Flexibly take on other duties assigned by the supervisor/Branch Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- Proven customer service support experience or experience as a cilent service representative;
- Knowledge of desktops, gaming consoles, and other electronic products hardware structure;
- Knowledge of warranty process and workflow;
- Bilingual (English and Chinese)
