After more than 9 years of rapid development, Blue Ocean Inc has established mature and stable automated cargo distribution and return procedures. Currently, we have distribution centers in OR, CA, DE, NH, TN, PA, and FL.
The Beaverton, Oregon location is hiring 1 Computer Repair Technician to help with the Return Management department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tests and repairs on 25 desktops/laptops/other units daily, ensuring correct configurations and avoiding damage due to operational errors.
- Assemble and disassemble parts as request. Reload OS system.
- Maintain error and damage rates that do not exceed 0.1%.
- Any other tasks/projects assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experienced in installing/uninstalling operating systems for printers, computers, tablets, cameras, etc.
- Ability to describe problems in basic English and search product information online in simple English.
- Ability to work in a standing position daily and lift and move electronic products weighing 5 lbs to 50 lbs. daily.
- Ability to use various hand tools and strong hands-on ability
- Ability to understand and consistently apply all policies and procedures.
- High attention to detail.
