About the Role:
The Accounting Assistant supports billing, accounts receivable follow-up, financial transaction entry, record maintenance, and related accounting coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Create invoices according to company practices and submit invoices to customers.
- Enter financial transactions into accounting software.
- Regularly review AR Aging reports to follow up on payment discrepancies. May assist in collection of past due accounts.
- Collaborate within the team or across departments for accounting/billing related tasks/inquiries.
- Maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Other tasks related to accounting assigned by the supervisor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a corporate accounting environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Netsuite and other financial management tools.
- Certification such as Certified Bookkeeper or similar credentials.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Salary : $18 - $22
