Blue Ocean Event Center is a premier oceanfront venue renowned for hosting unforgettable weddings, corporate events, galas, social celebrations, and private gatherings. Located directly on Salisbury Beach, our venue offers breathtaking ocean views and exceptional hospitality experiences. Our team is dedicated to delivering flawless events and exceeding guest expectations at every opportunity.

What We’re Looking For

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Providing exceptional food and beverage service
• Creating welcoming and memorable guest experiences
• Supporting weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations
• Following Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event timelines
• Working closely with culinary, sales, and management teams
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Assisting with bar service, table service, and guest requests
• Ensuring every event is executed with professionalism and attention to detail

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hospitality experience preferred, we will train the right candidates
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and guest satisfaction
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to carry trays, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods
• TIPS Certification and Allergen Awareness Certification preferred for applicable positions
