Duties

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns utilizing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, CoStar and LoopNet.
• Manage website content through platforms like WordPress and content management systems, ensuring accurate and compelling information.
• Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools.
• Analyze web analytics reports with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics reporting tools to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns with marketing automation platforms to nurture leads and maintain customer database.
• Oversee social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and other social media channels to boost brand awareness.
• Track campaign metrics, generate performance reports, and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Support B2B marketing initiatives by creating compelling copywriting content tailored for professional audiences.
• Work as a team member and coordinate all Broker marketing efforts to enable success.

Skills

• Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and paid advertising campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website management platforms like WordPress.
• Experience with content creation, including copywriting, and managing social media advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
• Expertise in digital marketing campaign setup, performance marketing, conversion optimization, and web analytics reporting using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with marketing automation systems, Google Tag Manager, email marketing strategies, and web analytics for data-driven decision making.
• Technical proficiency in website management tasks related to HTML coding and content management systems.
• Ability to conduct keyword research effectively for SEO purposes and implement SEO best practices across digital assets.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
