Receptionist- we’re willing to train, come join our team!
Position Summary:
Performs clerical support in an efficient manner.
Schedule:
Thursday to Sunday 7AM - 3:30PM
Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) required
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to remain calm and professional in all work-related situations
Responsibilities:
- Displays a positive, professional image managing multiple personality types with kindness and patience
- Serves as the first point of contact for guests and visitors in person as well as via phones
- Effectively operates the facility phones and paging systems
- Exhibits excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and phone lines
- Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis
- Cheerful disposition and ability to handle stressful situations with tact and kindness
- Responsible for keeping the front office areas sanitary, neat and orderly

Blue Oak Post-Acute is a skilled nursing and therapy center located in sunny Santa Rosa, California. Just blocks from Julliard Park, our charming 181-bed skilled nursing center proudly provides short-term and long-term residency.
