We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. This role involves maintaining residential swimming pools to ensure they are clean, safe, and operating properly.
Technicians will be responsible for completing a weekly service route of approximately 60–70 pools per week, with a focus on efficiency, consistency, and quality.
No prior pool service experience is required—we provide hands-on training for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and staying active.
Responsibilities
- Service a weekly route of approximately 60–70 pools
- Perform routine pool cleaning (skimming, brushing, vacuuming)
- Test and balance water chemistry (training provided)
- Safely add and handle pool chemicals
- Inspect equipment (pumps, filters, heaters) and report issues
- Maintain accurate service logs and notes
- Communicate with management regarding repairs or concerns
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather year-round
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical work daily
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Good time management and ability to stay on schedule
- Willingness to learn and follow training
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous pool service or maintenance experience
- Mechanical or hands-on experience (tools, repairs, etc.)
- Customer service experience
Compensation & Schedule
- Weekly pay typically ranging from $700–$800, depending on performance and route
- Consistent, year-round work
