Assistant Brand Manager, Marketing

The Assistant Brand Manager, Marketing – Blue Nile will support the execution of brand marketing initiatives that enhance awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. This role is ideal for a strategic and detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work cross-functionally to help implement multi-channel campaigns, analyze brand performance, and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• To Develop and execute integrated brand marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, PR, and experiential channels.
• Support brand storytelling and messaging, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Work closely with creative, performance marketing, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
• Monitor campaign performance and brand health metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Manage brand partnerships and collaborations, ensuring successful execution and strategic alignment.
• Lead the planning and execution of seasonal marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure brand guidelines and messaging are maintained across all marketing channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in luxury, retail, fashion, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencer strategy, and PR.
• Experience working with creative teams, content development, and multichannel marketing execution.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track marketing performance metrics and provide strategic insights.
• Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Base pay: $115,000-130,000 Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications
