What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cake Maker/Decorator position at Blue Nami Group?
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Prepping sponge cakes, creams, chocolates, etc
• Frosting/decorating cakes, shortcakes, pastries
• Stocking organizing items ordered from vendors
• Being able to lift a MINIMUM of 25lbs.
• Checking product inventory
• Clean all equipment/utensils/floor/tools daily
• Organize all cake related materials in the walk-in cooler/freezer and storage area
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the back of the house and walk-in cooler/freezer and storage area
• Maintain professional appearance at all times
• Maintain proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards
• Be on time to all scheduled shifts
