Responsibilities
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
- Keep dishwashing machines clean and ensure satisfactory levels of detergent and supplies.
- Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas and other workspaces.
- Be available to fill in for other roles as directed by management.
