Role Description
This is a on-site role for a Rental Coordinator/Office Admin located in Waynesville, NC. The primary responsibilities include managing rental inquiries, coordinating lease agreements, maintaining customer satisfaction, processing invoices, and scheduling services related to property rentals. The role also involves general administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will also have a strong knowledge of Social Media platforms and marketing.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and resolve inquiries or concerns.
- Experience with Invoicing and maintaining financial records accurately and efficiently.
- Focus on achieving and maintaining Customer Satisfaction through professional, timely, and reliable service.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.
- High level of proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email communication.
- Licensed NC Real Estate Agent or previous experience in property management or a related field is a plus, although not required.
