Blue Mountain Mist Country Inn & Spa is a family-owned boutique inn nestled on 60 peaceful acres in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. We are seeking a dependable, hospitality-minded Breakfast Cook to help create memorable experiences for our guests each morning.

Position Summary
The Breakfast Cook is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfasts for inn guests while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and delivering warm hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast for inn guests
- Execute chef-designed menus and daily specials
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion standards
- Accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies
- Keep kitchen clean and organized throughout service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with prep work, dishes, and kitchen closing duties
- Work closely with inn staff to provide an exceptional guest experience
Schedule
- Primarily mornings (typically 6:00 AM–11:00 AM)
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate
Qualifications
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Positive attitude and heart for hospitality
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
