This is a straightforward, people-focused role. You'll be going door to door, having casual rapport-based conversations with homeowners, and gathering leads from people interested in learning more about home, auto, and business insurance. You don't need to be an insurance expert or an aggressive salesperson. Your main job is to make connections and collect lead information from interested homeowners who are looking for a lower premium or coverage that better fits their needs!
What You'll Do
- Visit neighborhoods throughout Utah County and speak with local homeowners.
- Have friendly, casual conversations about their home and auto insurance needs.
- Collect qualified leads from people interested in exploring their insurance options.
- Identify additional opportunities for business insurance when homeowners own or operate a business.
- Submit lead information to our team for follow-up.
- Work independently while representing our company professionally and friendly.
Pay & Earning Potential
Get paid $15 for every qualified lead you generate. Your earnings are based on your results, so the more quality leads you bring in, the more you can make incentives for our top performers that gather quality leads
For example:
- 3 leads per hour = $45
- 5 leads per hour = $75
- 6 leads per hour = $90
At an average of 5 qualified leads per hour, that's $75 per hour in gross earnings. Actual results will vary depending on your pace, neighborhood, and the number of homeowners interested in a quote.
