The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare leader with strong organizational, communication, and clinical operations skills.
In this key leadership role, the COC will manage clinic staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while ensuring exceptional patient satisfaction and staff performance. The position requires collaboration with providers, administration, and clinical teams across multiple sites.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare management experience required
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree or Medical Practice Executive Certification preferred
- Strong working knowledge of EHR systems, budgeting, and federal healthcare regulations
- Familiarity with cardiology and peripheral arterial interventions strongly preferred
- Proficient in MS Office; excellent communication and leadership skills
