Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Promotes the mission, vision, and values of the BMHD.
- Complete required training to operate bus.
- Provide transportation of residents to destinations including but not limited to, medical appointments, activities, other appointments, etc.
- Operate the bus in a safe manner.
- Perform operator maintenance on vehicles as needed.
- Maintain work areas and vehicle in a clean, orderly, and secure manner.
- Maintain cooperative working relationship with team members, residents, other agencies/organizations, and the public to provide quality customer services in a courteous manner.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures for work areas.
Required:
- High School Diploma, G.E.D or equivalent experience
- None
Required:
- Current and valid driver’s license in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- None
