Duties

• Assemble bicycles from boxed, partially assembled to finished and tuned products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems repair techniques
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to ensure proper assembly and alignment of bike parts, ensuring optimal performance and safety
• Use retail math skills to manage inventory of parts and accessories efficiently during assembly processes
• Lift heavy bikes and components safely during assembly or repairs while adhering to safety protocols
• Qualifications
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical assembly equipment
• Familiarity with retail sales processes and customer service principles related to cycling products
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers and team members
