Mechanic

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some background in automotive diagnostics and repair, This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and repairing various mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. The Mechanic will work closely with customers to provide exceptional service and maintain high-quality standards in all repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and heavy equipment, including brake repair and suspension work.
• Utilize automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Operate hand tools and heavy machinery safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret schematics to assist in troubleshooting mechanical problems.
• Communicate with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and costs while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Skills

• Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
• Experience with crane operation is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of brake systems, suspension components, and general vehicle mechanics.
• Familiarity with hand tools and heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to read schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all repair tasks.
