Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for Estate Sales Support Staff, located in Hixson, TN. Responsibilities include assisting in the organization and setup of estate sales, providing excellent customer service to clients and shoppers, and ensuring smooth execution of sales-related tasks. The role involves engaging with customers, answering inquiries, and contributing to a positive sales experience. Candidates will also support inventory management, pricing, and general event operations.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with team members and clients
- Proficiency in customer service, customer support, and maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills to address client and customer needs effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to assist in event setup and breakdown. May include some minor lifting. (<25 lbs)
