Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, alleys, tv & film sets, houses, etc.
- Arrive to company office in North Hollywood and join other employees for off-site cleaning jobs (riding with another employee in a company vehicle) to perform various cleaning services
- All supplies are provided
- Cleaning jobs can vary in length, day, and time of day. Scheduling needs can shift depending on client's needs and requests.
- The start time of a job is known, but the end time may be unknown. Hours and days can vary.
- Most jobs are during the weekdays, but there are some weekend assignments from time to time.
- Clocking in and out for each shift on a mobile phone application is required
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is required.
- Leadership experience is a plus, particularly in managing teams within a cleaning or hospitality setting.
- Check in and out with client for job approval
- Familiarity with powerwashers, towing trailers, using floor buffers, carpet shampooers a plus!
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Must have a clean driving record in order to drive a company vehicle to and from job-sites.
- Must have a flexible schedule for last-minute job requests or schedule changes that can happen
- Weekend and night availability required.
- Must live a reasonable distance from North Hollywood, CA
