Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Frederick

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our team. BCBA will need to have experience working with individuals with autism and possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• BCBA to conduct initial assessments and reassessments
• Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals.
• Provide field supervision for BT/RBT.
• Provide parent training
• Coordination of care with client's team members
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and other team members
• Ensure optimal client progress and outcomes
• Knowledge of MD Medicaid/Carelon policies
