The ABA Recruiter is responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring qualified ABA professionals, including RBTs and BCBAs. This role supports the organization’s staffing needs by managing the full recruitment process and maintaining strong talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job boards (really, LinkedIn)
Conduct Video interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipelines and track applicants in the ATS
Support credential verification, background checks, and onboarding steps
Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience
Qualifications
1–3 years of recruiting or HR experience (ABA or healthcare preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of ABA roles and certification requirements a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
