Key Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must successfully pass a 4-panel drug screening (note: this does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana).
- Good English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills are essential.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with drivers to deliver packages on time.
- Adhere to Blue Mile Transport Standard Procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, even under stressful conditions.
- Maintain a physically demanding workload, working in all weather conditions and on various routes; frequently lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.; get in and out of the van throughout the day at multiple locations.
- Communicate effectively with the support team to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to the schedule.
