Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Help oversee employee orientation, training, and development programs to foster a motivated team
• Contribute to inventory management tasks including stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Support cashiering and cash handling procedures while maintaining accuracy in retail math and pricing
• Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost sales and store visibility
• Participate in shift management duties, including supervising staff and ensuring compliance with store policies

Experience

• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in retail or grocery stores is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, communication, organization, and time management are essential for success in this role.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling required.
• Proven ability to lead teams, supervise staff, and manage retail operations with confidence and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills combined with retail math proficiency for accurate pricing, sales tracking, and inventory control
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques such as merchandising, stocking, marketing strategies, and wireless sales is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
