The Global Sales Coordinator supports both Domestic and International Sales teams in managing all aspects of sales operations. This includes preparing marketing materials, product presentations, pricing and compliance documentation, order entry, sample coordination, and sales reporting. The role ensures smooth collaboration with internal teams, freight forwarders, and external sales reps or distributors to meet customer needs and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to fulfill customer requests and sales orders
- Maintain and update sales records, product data, and digital assets across CRM, ERP, and other platforms
- Prepare and maintain sales materials, including price lists, compliance documents, and presentations
- Manage and ship product samples in coordination with External Reps, Sales team members, PD, Customer Service, and Inventory
- Enter and process sales orders, billing, and invoicing for Specialty and International sales channels
- Maintain product differentiation databases for Amazon.com and international distributors
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication, organization, self-motivation, and creative problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- General computer literacy is a must, and experience using systems such as Centric, Knack, and NetSuite is a bonus
