Position Title
Ecommerce Marketing Specialist

Ecommerce Marketing Manager
Summary/Objective
The Ecommerce Marketing Specialist implements marketing and advertising strategies by creating and managing advertising and promotional campaigns. The specialist will also assist in reporting and analysis of all marketing activities and identifying new strategies to achieve sales goals.
Essential Functions

- Develop strategies to drive online traffic to our products.
- Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review and research keywords, monitor the budget, maintain page rank, impression share, and other key metrics)
- Perform daily monitoring of promotional activities.
- Track and report monthly on campaign performance and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver campaigns and promotions.
- Manage seasonal and holiday-focused promotional efforts.
- Monitor e-commerce advertising trends.
- Continuous process improvement for the e-commerce team.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Preferred Education and Experience
- 2 years of advertising and marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree
