Windows System Administrator - Onsite Foxborough MA Area

Description

Blue Mantis is a leading cloud management consulting and integration firm that helps clients fully virtualize their environments and transform their datacenter and IT operations to effectively leverage the power of cloud computing. We are looking for a Windows Systems Administrator that will be able to work on our clients IT Projects and also resolving tickets that are opened by our clients end users. This role requires you to be onsite 5 days a week in the Foxborough MA Area.


Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration of Active Directory, SCCM, EntraID, Intune, and Exchange environments.
• Help in planning onboarding/offboarding process for employees.
• Performance and capacity management projections for on-premises equipment.
• Support end-user needs during various projects.
• Support project team on various projects, i.e., work with Sys Admins on project rollouts and processes.
• Monitor rollouts and troubleshoot issues
• Create/Maintain configuration policies to manage machines via Intune.
• Assist in application installations and testing.
  
  
  

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 10 years of related IT experience within Microsoft Office 365 stack.
• Thorough knowledge of Active Directory, including supporting, upgrading, maintaining, as well as design and implementation best practices.
• Thorough knowledge of SCCM and Intune.
• Excellent grasp of Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of cloud environments with respect to endpoint management (MDM and MAM).
• Scripting knowledge/experience with: PowerShell and Graph at a minimum, Bash would be a plus.
• More than basic understanding of networking, firewall skills to understand minimal troubleshooting.
• Experience with ClearPass is a plus.
• Ability to lead, and own projects.
• Ability to collaborate with a team working across multiple locations.
• Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance and proposing solutions.
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience with supporting end users during projects.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing systems or similar.
