As a Manager Trainee, your primary responsibility is to support daily sales operations and ensure a seamless experience for both clients and customers. You will engage directly with prospective customers, promote telecommunications services through in-person sales campaigns, and assist in managing account activity from initial contact through post-sale follow-up. Manager Trainee Key Responsibilities:
- Support the account management team in executing territory-based sales and outreach strategies
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, delivering accurate product and service information
- Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, customer feedback, and resolution of inquiries
- Participate in promotional initiatives by presenting offerings directly to customers and identifying upselling opportunities
- Track and analyze sales performance data to ensure client targets and internal KPIs are met
- Stay informed on current promotions, service bundles, and product updates relevant to client campaigns
- Contribute to account reviews, reporting, and administrative support as needed

Manager Trainee Education & Experience:
