In addition to outpatient therapy, we offer local and international wellness retreats, creating meaningful opportunities for professional growth and creative clinical work.What You’ll DoProvide individual (and potentially couples) therapy to adultsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of cliniciansIntegrate (or learn to integrate) trauma-informed and holistic approachesMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentationParticipate in supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional developmentWho We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate is:MA-level, pre-licensed clinician (LCMHC or LICSW track preferred)Interested in or experienced with trauma-informed careOpen to working with adults and couplesCurious about integrative and alternative healing modalitiesClinically strong, tech-comfortable, and eager to growCollaborative, creative, and aligned with a values-driven practiceExperience with or openness to modalities such as Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, Hypnosis, Expressive Arts, Yoga, Reiki, Mindfulness, or Somatic approaches is highly valued.Starts as FFS (until productivity requirement is met), then change to Salary.
