Role Description The Sales Advocate is a full-time, on-site role based in Camp Hill, PA. In this position, the Sales Advocate engages customers in the retail store, understands their wireless and entertainment needs, and recommends AT&T products, services, and solutions that best fit those needs. Daily responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, processing device activations and upgrades, and assisting with billing questions and account changes. The Sales Advocate also supports store operations by maintaining product displays, staying current on new offerings and promotions, and collaborating with team members to create a welcoming, professional environment. This role may involve participating in ongoing training and coaching to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers, build trust, and resolve issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, meet performance goals, and contribute to store success.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to learn quickly, apply new information, and help support the development of team members when needed.
- Previous experience in retail, wireless, or technology sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Comfort with point-of-sale systems, mobile devices, and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business or communications are a plus.
