Position Summary
Blue Line Solutions is seeking an organized, creative, and results-driven Associate Director of Marketing to support the planning, execution, and management of the company's marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, this position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day marketing operations, managing campaigns, creating content, supporting product launches, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.
The Associate Director of Marketing serves as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Human Resources, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, and marketing efforts effectively support business growth, customer engagement, recruiting, and brand awareness.
Essential Functions
Marketing Operations & Campaign Management
- Assist in developing and executing the company's annual marketing strategy.
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing initiatives and campaign execution.
- Manage marketing project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Ensure marketing projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Content Development & Brand Management
- Create, edit, and maintain marketing materials including brochures, presentations, product sheets, flyers, newsletters, blogs, videos, and digital content.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with Blue Line Solutions' brand standards and messaging.
- Support the development of customer success stories, case studies, testimonials, and promotional materials.
- Maintain consistency across all company communications.
Digital Marketing
- Assist with management of the company website, including content updates and optimization.
- Coordinate social media content, scheduling, and engagement across multiple platforms.
- Support email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Monitor website and digital marketing analytics.
- Assist with SEO initiatives and digital advertising campaigns.
Product & Sales Support
- Partner with Product Management to develop product marketing materials and launch campaigns.
- Create sales collateral, presentations, proposal graphics, and customer-facing documents.
- Support Sales with promotional campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing efforts that support customer retention and business development.
Events & Community Engagement
- Coordinate trade shows, conferences, customer events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Manage event logistics, promotional materials, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Support sponsorships and industry association participation.
- Assist with photography, video production, and event marketing.
Marketing Administration
- Maintain marketing calendars and project schedules.
- Coordinate relationships with designers, printers, photographers, videographers, and other vendors.
- Assist with tracking marketing budgets and expenses.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and marketing analytics.
- Recommend process improvements to increase marketing efficiency.
Education & Experience
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience.
- Experience coordinating multiple marketing campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media management, website content management, and email marketing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred
- Experience working in a B2B technology or public safety environment.
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software.
- Photography, videography, or video editing experience is a plus.
- Experience supporting sales organizations and product launches.

Reporting Relationships
This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and works closely with Executive Leadership, Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Human Resources, and external marketing vendors to support company initiatives and business objectives.
Work Environment
This position is primarily performed in an office environment with occasional travel to customer sites, conferences, trade shows, recruiting events, and company-sponsored activities. Travel of up to 15% may be required depending on business needs.
