Position Overview

We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bakery Person to join our Blue Line Junction team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a kitchen environment and takes pride in creating baked goods that look and taste great. You’ll assist with baking, preparation, and ensuring our display cases are always stocked and inviting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of items such as rolls, cookies, bars, and pastries
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately
• Assist with icing, decorating, and packaging baked goods
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Restock bakery cases and supplies as needed
• Monitor inventory and report low-stock items to management
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Qualifications

• Previous baking or food preparation experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights
• Available for early morning or daytime shifts (flexible scheduling available)
