Job Title: Driving Instructor
Location: Gainesville, FL & Surrounding Areas

We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Driving Instructor (Contractor) to join our team and help new drivers gain the skills and confidence they need to be safe on the road. About the Role:
- Independent contractor position, starting pay $14–$22/hour based on experience.
- Pay raise opportunity after 30 days (based on performance and student feedback/Google reviews).
- Lessons include pickup and drop-off at students' homes.
- Expect multiple jobs per day across Gainesville and nearby cities (1–4 hour sessions).
- Preferred availability (PART TIME HOURS): 4–7 days per week, 3:30am–8:30pm on weekdays and all day long on weekends,.
- Travel time is paid for jobs located an hour or more from Gainesville (based on Google Maps travel estimates).
- Travel opportunities to the Miami region every 8–12 weeks:
- Travel Assignments last 3–10 days.
- Paid hourly rate for both lesson time and travel time between lessons on Travel Assignments.
- Lodging provided for Travel Assignments (Airbnb or hotel).
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driving instructor license or ability to obtain one.
- Clean driving record.
- Previous experience teaching driving (preferred).
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to teach new drivers in both daylight and night time hours.
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally statewide.
