Responsibilities
- Serve legal documents to individuals, businesses, and government agencies in accordance with state and local laws.
- Accurately complete affidavits of service and other documentation required by courts.

- Communicate regularly with Blue Light Investigations team regarding service status and outcomes.
- Ensure all interactions are professional, respectful, and in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Use technology (e.g., mobile apps, GPS, time-stamping) to log and report on service attempts.
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

- Previous experience as a process server or in a related legal services field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure and process-serving laws.
