We are currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee security operations at a prominent industrial factory. As the Site Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of the site and the effective management of our security team. This position requires a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills.

Position Overview:
As the Site Manager, you will supervise a team of approximately10 unarmed security guards, ensuring the site’s security procedures are consistently followed. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring you to not only manage the team but also interact with factory management, contractors, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include managing access control, ensuring site policies are adhered to, and maintaining a professional and cohesive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
· Team Management: Supervise, train, and schedule a team of 10 security guards, ensuring they are fully prepared to handle all aspects of site security.
· Access Control: Oversee all access control systems to ensure that all personnel, vehicles, and contractors entering and exiting the site comply with security protocols.
· Incident Response: Respond quickly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with local authorities as necessary.
· Attention to Detail: Monitor surveillance equipment, conduct regular security audits, and ensure all reports and logs are completed accurately and on time.
· Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with factory management, employees, and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation of site security services.
· Quality Control: Enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
· Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate daily logs and incident reports, providing regular updates to senior management as needed.
· Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and provide guidance to the security team on the proper handling of sensitive situations.

Key Requirements:
· Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in security management or a supervisory role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
· Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of security personnel.
· Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify and address potential security threats or safety hazards.
· Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees, contractors, and clients.
· Work Ethic: A strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and willingness to lead by example.
· Problem-Solving: Ability to make quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
· Physical Requirements: Ability to remain on-site during shifts, including standing for long periods and walking throughout the facility.
· Certification: Valid security certifications and/or law enforcement experience preferred (e.g., SIA, First Aid, etc.).
