Blue Life Security, LLC is seeking dependable and professional Security Officers to join our team in the Nashville, Tennessee area.
This position offers full-time weekday opportunities and part-time weekend opportunities, with consistent 12-hour shifts.
Position DetailsFull-Time – Monday through Friday
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Paid Training Required
This position requires company-provided paid training prior to assignment. Candidates must successfully complete all required training and meet company and site-specific requirements before beginning work at the post.
Responsibilities
Security Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment while providing a high level of customer service.
Duties may include:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas
- Control and monitor access to the property
- Conduct security checks and inspections
- Monitor security systems, cameras, and alarms as assigned
- Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Enforce site-specific policies and procedures
- Assist employees, visitors, and customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and site management
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times
- Perform other security-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must possess strong communication and observation skills
- Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Must successfully complete required paid training
- Must meet all applicable Tennessee security licensing and company requirements
- Previous security, law enforcement, military, or customer-service experience is preferred but may not be required
