- Manage access control by verifying identities and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR if necessary, and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing for theft or vandalism and reporting any suspicious behavior.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Enforce facility policies with professionalism and conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
Skills
