Company Description:
The Blue Lagoons is an established pool company that has serviced the DFW Area for the previous 20 years. The company is located in Rowlett with projects including new pool builds, pool remodels and backyard renovations.
Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate to assist with pre-construction requirements such as creating construction documents, obtaining permits and calculating material requirements for new pools.
Responsibilities:
-Create Construction Documents from Pool Studio Designs
-Obtain city permit requirements to create accurate construction drawings
-Calculate materials used in construction (tile, coping etc.)
-Organize and complete new construction files
-Get required City permits and HOA approvals
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to work independently
-Communicate with construction manager and designer
Requirements:
-Must pass background check
-1 year experience with Pool Studio or AutoCAD
-High School Degree/GED
-Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
