Job Overview
Established company that has serviced the DFW Area for the previous 20 years. The company is located in Rowlett with projects including new pool builds, pool remodels, backyard renovations and service/repairs. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating project timelines and ensuring that all construction activities are executed efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of construction management principles and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
Duties
- Develop and maintain project schedules ensuring all tasks are properly sequenced and resourced.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and site personnel to gather necessary information for scheduling.
- Monitor progress on construction sites, adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate changes or delays.
- Prepare and distribute regular schedule updates to customers, highlighting any potential issues or conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review schedules and address any scheduling concerns.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in scheduling tasks.
