Job description
- Active FL CAM License Required
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as an on-site manager managing Condo/ Building operations, including staff and service contractors, as well as Condo maintenance and upkeep
- Strong background in Condo Operations, especially related to Condo repairs, maintenance, and capital projects
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Ability to work with office staff, employees, residents, and reports to Board of Directors
- Computer literacy: Proficiency and skilled with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Knowledge of Florida Statutes and Condo Documents. A detailed individual capable of managing several tasks.
- Working closely with the Board of Directors to manage and operate a self-managed community, facilitate solutions to problems between communities, residents, and internal support staff.
- Must have a college degree
