Blue Label Construction is a high end custom home builder based in Pacific Palisades and operates using Quickbooks accounting software.
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our accounting processes. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting functions, including general ledger management, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and collections.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy in all financial data through meticulous account analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Proven experience in corporate finance or public accounting with a strong understanding of GAAP and technical accounting concepts.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial software such as Quickbooks, Sage, Xero or similar platforms; proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping and account reconciliation processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and conduct detailed financial analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for preparing clear financial reports and collaborating across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
