Janitor/Light Maintenance
Janitorial/ light maintenance person needed. Looking for someone who can work independently, with minimal supervision and complete tasks in a timely and professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities (included but are not limited to)
- Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
- Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
- Maintain cleaning inventory
- Maintain outdoor grounds, cut grass and trim bushes
- Remove debris and snow from sidewalks
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Clean and maintain restrooms
- Wash and clean windows and mirrors
- Dust furniture and fixtures
- Experience as a semi-skilled handyman is preferred.
As Needed:
- Light maintenance/handyman tasks
- Arrange for extra cleaning
- Set up for events or meetings
- Deliveries or pick ups
- Other work as needed
Additional Abilities
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and collaboratively in team environment
- Ability to communicate professionally with co-workers and customers
- Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable with work attendance
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Salary : $30,000 - $60,000
