Job Summary
As an RV Park Host, you’ll help guests enjoy a welcoming, well-organized stay from arrival through departure. You’ll support reservations via our Rent Manager online system, assist guests with move in, answer questions, while keeping park information and procedures clear. This position requires living on site in your RV.
Duties
- Welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and respond to questions in person and by phone.
- Manage reservations and guest records using our property management system, Rent Manager.
- Keep the office in Lexington appraised of all situations - be our eyes and ears.
- Handle guest concerns with customer service problem-solving, clear client communication, and professional phone etiquette.
- Monitor water meters to detect leaks, help with infrastructure subcontracting.
- Park landscaping, keep mowed, weed-eated and free of trash.
- Requirements
- On site living, in your own RV is required, aggressive breed dogs not permitted.
- Familiarity with hospitality management, hotel management, reservation systems, is preferrred.
- Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a welcoming approach to guest relations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset.
- Practical knowledge of infrastructure and machinery helpful.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
