ROLE OVERVIEW

This role prepares you to run a successful car wash location from the ground up, combining hands-on operations, sales leadership, and team development.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN & DO

• Run daily site operations

• Sell and coach Wash Club memberships

• Interview, hire, and lead teams

• Schedule crews and manage labor

• Learn equipment basics and troubleshooting

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences

REQUIREMENTS

• 21 years old

• 1 year management experience (sales preferred)

• Able to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors

• MUST have open availability including weekends (both Saturday/Sunday)

Hours of Operation:

7:00am – 8:00pm Monday – Saturday  8:00am- 8:00pm Sunday

Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day

Average first year as a Manager Trainee $40,000 plus benefits

Requirements:

·      Minimum Age 21 years old

·      Minimum Management Experience – 1 year required

·      Must Be Able to Lift 40lbs

·      Open Availability: no restrictions on your time; available to work any hours of operation

·      Must Be Able to Stand/Walk for An Entire Shift

·      Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills

·      You must be a hardworking, team player.

·      We require you to be friendly, honest and have great customer skills
