What You’ll Learn & Do
- Run daily site operations
- Sell and coach Wash Club memberships
- Interview, hire, and lead teams
- Schedule crews and manage labor
- Learn equipment basics and troubleshooting
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- 21 years old
- 1 year management experience (sales preferred)
- Able to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors
- MUST have open availability including weekends (both Saturday/Sunday)
