Job Title: Private Practice Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, Littleton, CO
Job Description:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat children and young adults with speech, language, learning, feeding/swallowing, and hearing disorders.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Supervise SLPA(s)
- Immediate Opening for Part-Time (20 hours/week) with intent to grow to a Full-Time position (40 hours/week).

Core Responsibilities:
- Complete diagnostic evaluations consistent with evidence-based practice in speech-language pathology
- Provide developmentally-appropriate intervention services consistent with evidence-based practice in speech-language pathology
- Document services in a timely manner
- Update patient progress to relevant parties
- Research related speech and language problems
- Collaborate with parents and other team members
- Provide supervision of speech-language pathology assistants
Supervisor: Clinical Director
Requirements:
Must Have:
- Masters Degree in Speech and Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence
- Licensed by Colorado Department of Regulatory Agency
- Soft skills: quickly ‘connect’ with children/caregivers, patient and positive demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective critical thinking and problem solving skills, effective time management skills, efficient organizational skills, and excellent collaboration skills with other team members.
Nice to Have:
- Previous pediatric experience as an SLP
- Previous experience supervising Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
- Previous experience as a fieldwork supervisor
- Previous leadership experience as a postgraduate
Compensation:
