Job Description
As a Rental Technician, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their equipment is properly fitted, safe, and ready for the slopes. Morning shifts provide an exciting opportunity to kick off the day with enthusiasm and professionalism as guests prepare for their adventures.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with selecting and fitting rental equipment, including skis, snowboards, and boots.
- Perform adjustments to equipment based on guest preferences and safety requirements.
- Inspect and maintain rental equipment to ensure it meets safety standards.
- Provide guidance and information about the ski area, trail conditions, and safety tips.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental area.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
Qualifications
- Evening shift availability (MIDWEEK, sometime Weekend)
- Preferably 18
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment is a plus (training will be provided).
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable and punctual, especially for morning shifts.
- Enthusiastic about winter sports and creating a positive guest experience.
Schedule & Compensation
