JOB DESCRIPTION:
Daily Food Production and Serving Line Operation
Daily Ware Washing and Kitchen Sanitation
Follow HACCP Health and Safety Regulations
Additional Duties the Food Service Director may assign
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma
Food Preparation Experience
Basic knowledge of Food Service Regulations
Basic knowledge of all kitchen equipment & safety
HOURS/COMPENSATION:
$18 per hour
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift to waist/chest height of 25lbs
Ability to work standing up to 4 hours

Marilyn Haraden, Food Services Director
