What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Manager position at Blue Hills Ranch?
We are a Resort Ranch in McGregor looking for a person to join our team. We are looking for someone to manage our facilities and handle general handy man tasks around the Ranch. Daily checks of our buildings and utilities that service the ranch and cabin guests.
- Must be presentable to guests (shave or trim beard), no smoking, no tobacco use.
- Must have general knowledge of tools and how to use them.
- Must know how to change oil and do various vehicle maintenance tasks
- Cabin maintenance
- Detailed Oriented
- Self Motivated and Guided
- Able to spot problems and deal with them
- Must do job safely
- Must love animals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Extended hours
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
